The company can provide, as part of any client requirement, a fully specified and scoped design for computer rooms, telecom rooms and data centres. Our range of work usually extends to facilities up to 1000m². If needed this work can be blank page, from concept arrangements through to working specification. Our work may be scoped to produce feasibility studies, budgets, detailed costs, diagrams, drawings, sketches, layouts, options and reporting.
Concept & Basis of Design
Over many years the company has supported clients through the process of project development from assessing infrastructure requirements to laying out options and arrangements for the provision of a new or improvement of an existing environment. We offer hands-on involvement,
Front End Engineering (FEED)
This can be a stand-alone piece of work or as a follow up to a detailed DC Technical Review. We offer a full engineering service which includes first principle design, project ‘test fits’, specification writing, tender schedules and detailed drawings. All disciplines are covered including construction, mechanical, electrical and control. The end product of this work will be a full design specification with supporting drawings that can be used by the client for tendering. As part of this process we usually provide evaluation and analysis of tender returns as well as reporting on the ability of contractors to undertake the work. We are also able to assist on establishing suitable contract types including technical and commercial challenges to contractors in order to obtain best value.
